IRES has created a new map and search functionality in IRES, called Property Explorer. This new tool is in development and will continue to grow and change over time. If you enjoy exclusive access to new tools, have some experience with IRES MLS, and like to offer your thoughts about new products that may steer the future of your MLS tools, you will make an ideal Beta Tester!

Will the Test Interfere with My Current Workflow?
No. The new tool doesn’t mean we’re taking any functionality away now. We’re adding new map and search functionality to run alongside the current search and map for now, to make sure everything works as intended and that it’s providing real value to users.
Is there any training available for the new product?
Mitch, our Product Manager will hold online training sessions to walk you through the functionality. Each training session will be a video call using GoToMeeting. He will be capturing attendees’ initial feedback using the tool for the first time.

Do I get to keep my access to Property Explorer after testing?
Yes! You’ll have access to the tool going forward, and we will continue to add more and more functionality to it over the next several months.
How much time commitment will you expect from me?
Approximately 30 minutes for the training session.
Other than the initial training session and me checking in a few times via email to see how the test is going, that is as much of a commitment as you need to make.
You can use the tool as much or as little as you wish.
