We have partnered with HomeSpotter to bring you a much-requested IRES mobile app. HomeSpotter is used by over 450,000 Real Estate Agents across the US. The HomeSpotter app is centered around providing an easy way for agents and clients to communicate and collaborate.
What Will the IRES MLS App Do?
HomeSpotter app will launch integrating IRES Carts, Contacts, Realist, and the ability to schedule showings. Future implementations will include saved searches and the option to add/edit a listing. Other features of HomeSpotter include in-app messaging and Spot, an augmented reality feature. With Spot you can point your camera at a property to pull up all the listing information, or you can point your phone in any direction and pull up properties within a one-mile radius that you can click on to get full details. HomeSpotter is your digital toolkit that’s powered by IRES MLS with access to real-time information!
