This new search tool and map interface from IRES MLS optimizes our resources to streamline your day-to-day search activity. 

Your feedback was instrumental in building this new search experience. Leveraging new technology will allow us to deploy new features with more frequency, meeting more of YOUR requests for updates and additions.

Features of Property Explorer:

1. Popular Search
   The quickest way to get you to your data! Search by all the usual popular fields, plus MLS numbers. Property Explorer adds the ability to search with more options.
2. On-the-Fly Count
   As you edit your criteria, the listings are counted for you automatically in the search button.
3. Editable Criteria Summary
   Look at your criteria, delete unwanted items or click the link of the field to edit the criteria easily.
4. Subdivisions & Features
   Improved search experience when selecting features and subdivisions includes: “starts with, contains, & exact match” for subdivision names.
5. Multiple Views on Results
   Includes Card View (with photo flipper), List View (with sortable and editable columns), and Map View with all new easy-to-use controls. All views also work on mobile!
6. View Criteria & Results at the Same Time
   New criteria toggle is available on any view, enabling you to see your criteria and search results in the same screen.

   The ability to have 10 search tabs open at one time.

Property Explorer has been in beta testing with IRES subscribers over the last several months. This has allowed us to get nearly continuous feedback on how real IRES users can best benefit from this new feature. We have continued to refine and develop using peer feedback to create the most universally useful and simple to use tool possible.
