Make a list of three things you want to achieve next year and put it somewhere you can see it every day – on your smartphone, your computer or bathroom mirror. Repeat those goals before every action you take – to psyche up your prospecting, or sharpen your focus before a listing presentation. And whenever you encounter negativity, repeat your goals aloud: they’ll neutralize pessimistic opinions on the outside, and prevent self-doubts from undermining you on the inside.
