There is no doubt that 2024 will be a year we return to normalcy. Home price appreciation levels will return to their 40-year average annual rate of about 5%. Mortgage rates will continue to moderate bringing both additional buyers and sellers to the market. Affordability will improve causing a return to 5+million home sales nationally.
For those agents that are committed to ‘who they are’ and ‘what they do’, 2024 will be a sensational year. At our core, coded into our DNA, must be the responsibility to be there for our customers and clients when we are needed. It’s to tackle and answer the hardest questions the 2024 market will generate.
