5 New Fields in IRES MLS

You asked, and we listened. We’ve added new input fields to the database and they will be appearing as follows:

1. Trash Provider

Definition: A field for Subscribers to enter the properties waste management vendors whether that’s 1 or more.
Location: Utilities
For Listing Types:

  • Residential-Detached
  • Attached
  • Income Property
  • Commercial Sale
  • Commercial Lease
  • Vacant Land/Lots
  • Farm and Ranch
  • Mobile/Manufactured

2. Features: Assumable Financing

Definition: The financing in place may be assumed.
Location: Other -> New Financing/Lending
For Listing Types:

  • Residential-Detached
  • Attached
  • Income Property
  • Vacant Land/Lots
  • Farm and Ranch
  • Mobile/Manufactured

3. Features: Xeriscape

Definition: The practice of designing landscapes to reduce or eliminate the need for irrigation. This means xeriscaped landscapes need little or no water beyond what the natural climate provides.
Location: Exterior → Location Description

4. Features: Split Bedroom Floor Plan

Definition: The main bedroom or suite is separated from the rest of the rooms in the house. So you’ll have the main bedroom on one end of the house, then the common living spaces in the middle, and the other bedrooms grouped together on the other side of the house.

Definition: The homeowner association property/area is gated.
