I just downloaded the app and IRES is not listed when signing up and asked which MLS do you use…
Hi Bonnie, I just tried to give you a call to find IRES in the HomeSpotter app but missed you. You can find IRES, if you are signing in for the first time, by going to I am new -> I’m an Agent -> Choose MLS -> Then either type IRES into the search bar or scrolling down to the Colorado section and select “Information and Real Estate Services (IRES)” as the MLS. UGH! Homespotter doesn’t show Under contracts!!!
Hi Julie, thanks for your time on the phone just now. As we discussed, you can find Active/Backup and Active/First Right listings by going to the Filter option on the top right of the HomeSpotter app. From there, you can select Active/Backup and/or Active/First Right by selecting those statuses, or if you don’t want to see those statuses, you can de-select them so that you are only looking at Active listings if that is the only status selected. I will share with the HomeSpotter team about making Active/Backup and Active/First Right listings more distinctive on the map so that they don’t look so similar to Active listings.
