As an Agent:
- I am hosting an open house, and a prospective buyer comes in who doesn’t have an agent. With their permission, I can send them an invite to the app, and start the relationship with them there.
- If I just showed a property that my buyer wasn’t interested in, but they love the neighborhood, I can pull up other listings in the area to show them other properties on the market.
- I can pull up the agent roster to find a specific agent, their contact info, and all of their listings over the last 12 months.
- If I’m out and about and I see a property that I know my client will love, I can request a showing for the property directly from the app.
- I can use Commute Time to demonstrate to my client how close a property is to their job, schools, or any other location they go to frequently.
As an Appraiser…
- I’m at a subject property and I’m about to do my appraisal. Using the app, I can quickly pull up other sold comps in the area to start my process.
- I can pull up the agent roster to find a specific agent, their contact info, and all of their listings over the last 12 months.
As a Real Estate Aficionado
- As a lover of real estate on my own time, if I walk by a property that I’m interested in finding more information about I can use the Spot feature to pull the property details in a flash.
