Popular Search
Inside Property Explorer’s Popular Search section, we have added 1 and 2-year options to the List Date and Off Market Date dropdowns for easy access to quick dates.
Add/Edit:
Coming Soon
The 8-day restriction for Coming Soon listings has been removed inside Add/Edit. Now, you can enter in any Go Active Date for Coming Soon listings when creating a draft ahead of time.
Note: When actually creating the listing, the Go Active Date will still need to be within 8 days or less from the date it was created.
Print Reports:
CMA
The CMA Short, CMA Full, and CMA 3 UP print reports are now available for Coming Soon Listings.
HomeSpotter App: Documents
IRES Documents (property specific documents) are now available inside the HomeSpotter app, so you can have the most up-to-date resources available on the go!
