Your guide to choosing the right app for your business

IRES provides SentriLock as a low-cost option for the market as a whole. While SentriConnect is available to you as a free app option, to avoid confusion and extra steps we strongly recommend the SentriKey app, which is included with your low-cost Sentrilock subscription, as the easiest and best solution for your business.

SentriKey

By subscribing to Sentrilock and downloading the SentriKey app, you get the full suite of functions SentriLock has to offer. Schedule showings, get notifications of and manage showing requests, generate codes for showing agents, manage clients, and more with SentriKey. Showing agents, your life is about to get a lot easier– simply use the app to open lockboxes at showings without a code! SentriKey is ideal for both listing and showing agents. Staff & admin may generate access codes for you via Sentrilock.com with their own login credentials.

SentriConnect

SentriConnect is a free app that allows access to SentriLock boxes for a specific date or date range. Unlike SentriKey, each user must contact the Listing Agent or Listing Office and request that SentriConnect access is granted. Showing agents may also request a one-time access code from the listing agent or office. Search your app store to download SentriConnect to your mobile device. *If you have a paid SentriKey subscription, SentriConnect will not work for you, you must use SentriKey.

When you subscribe to SentriLock services through IRES MLS, you have two options:

  1. Lock Box and SentriLock Services Subscription: you will receive a lockbox and SentriLock services for $125. SentriLock Services includes the SentriKey app. This is a one-time fee for the box itself. After that, you will be billed $9.95 + tax per month. Your subscription will be billed along with your quarterly IRES Subscription fees, so you do not have to manage multiple billing services.
  2. Just SentriLock Services Subscription: Get access to SentriLock Services and the SentriKey app for $9.95 + tax per month, billed quarterly. No lockbox or lockbox charge.

How to Set up SentriLock Services
