Our Promise to IRES Subscribers

We recognize that it’s a time of unprecedented disruption in our industry, especially here in Colorado. Every day seemingly brings new changes in the MLS landscape or more debate over rules and roles for real estate professionals, to say nothing of the cyclical ups and downs of real estate.  

The IRES Board of Managers met to discuss, among other things, the state of the industry. One of the outcomes is that we want to thank subscribers for their continued partnership and to remind them that IRES is here to serve as a technology platform, a support system and a leader to help guide them through all the rapid-fire changes. 

Elevating Our Technology to Serve Our Subscribers 

Our mission at IRES is to serve our subscribers, the Colorado real estate professional and to continuously elevate our platform, service offerings and support to ensure we’re meeting our subscribers’ needs.  

We know that the user experience on our platform is of the utmost importance – and it’s a key decision-factor considered by new subscribers. That’s why we’re continually investing resources into improving our technology, to always meet and stay ahead of subscriber needs and preferences.  

Because we own our software development subsidiary, our team is able to take subscriber feedback and effectively and economically update or deliver the latest technology on our platform, helping subscribers successfully serve their customers. We push out platform and technology updates every two weeks. In between, IRES leadership, staff and our development team carefully review subscriber feedback to understand their needs and determine what we should address and how. We drill down to the root problems subscribers are facing so we can develop the right solutions.  

For example, our team regularly enhances the functionality of various reports, tools or systems to make it easier for brokers to find, share, add and access the data they need. Plus, our team researches and adds tools like the HomeSpotter mobile app for easier searches and communication among brokers and their clients, or third-party platforms to support a better customer service experience. 

Become a Beta Tester 

We also ask subscribers to beta-test new products or updates, so we can proactively get their input and make adjustments to meet their needs. In fact, we’re currently looking for brokers to beta-test our new Hotsheets tool in Property Explorer. We’ve updated the function with a more user-friendly layout and enhanced the controls and reporting as well as offering custom date ranges. Plus, it’s now integrated into Property Explorer for seamless use.

Multiple listing services are the fuel for other tools, portals and broker sites; without multiple listing services, these sites would have difficulty aggregating listings from a variety of sources, finding comprehensive snapshots of any given market would become fractured and many properties may not get the competitive attention needed to get the best price for sellers.
