As we shared last month, we reached a data exchange and integration agreement with REcolorado that ensures listing information on residential properties on both systems remains visible to each other’s subscribers.
We’ve recently reached an agreement with REcolorado to extend the availability of historical listings to five years, increasing from the original three years in the agreement. We advocated for this change to provide subscribers with even more data to help advise clients on marketing and pricing strategy for homes for sale.
This change is live in the system, so you can seamlessly access and view the data.
