2024 Wrap Up

As we approach the end of 2024 and the start of the holiday season, we would like to take a moment to reflect on our remarkable journey and achievements throughout the year. We made it a priority to listen to what our subscribers need and make improvements that allow you to do your job more easily.

  

Value-Added Tools 

This year, we added exciting new tools that help our subscribers succeed, including:  

  • Search Solution: We launched our new map and search interface, Property Explorer, to streamline your searches.  
  • Mobile App: You asked for better access to IRES on your phone, and we delivered. We welcomed our new mobile app, HomeSpotter, making it easier for subscribers to do their jobs on the go.  
  • Expanded visibility: IRES partnered with Nestfully, giving you another way to get listings in front of as many potential buyers as possible.  
  •  Floorplan Access: IRES partnered with CubiCasa to allow you to create free floor plans for your listings.  
  • Subscriber Support: IRES is prioritizing subscriber support by working with Zendesk to enable the learning center, internal customer service tickets and chatbot for after-hours inquiries.  
  • Learning: IRES added Real Estate News to the toolkit to give you more resources.

Much of our development and progress comes directly from your requests. This year, we made dozens of changes based on your input, a few changes that were a direct result of subscriber requests include:  

  • Improved Search: We added 1- and 2-year options to search dates, added List Date and Off Market Date to Popular Search in Property Explorer, added date range selections like 3-months, 6-months, 1-year and 2-year to List Date and Off Market Date Ranges, added a search history within Property Explorer, and added the ability to have multiple tabs and searches running at the same time.  
  • Data Reach: We expanded the data share agreement with REColorado from 3 to 5 years.  
  • Better Systems: We designed a better workflow to approve online showing requests in IRES, we made menu options more obvious for easier navigation, we added keyboard shortcuts, we added the ability to export directly to CSV, and more.

Subscriber Requests to IRES MLS

  • Added Property Specific Documents to HomeSpotter.
  • Removed 8-day restriction for CS listings in Add/Edit.
  • Made Coming Soon listings available in CMA & 1004MC print reports.
  • Added 1 and 2 year options to search dates.
  • Linked MySite to create new scheduled searches in Property Explorer.
  • Designed a better workflow to approve Online Showing Requests in IRES.
  • Added Original List Price to CMA 3 Up report.
  • Added DTO to 3 Per Page Report.
  • Added Coming Soon to Hotsheets on the IRES homescreen.
  • Expanded data share with REcolorado from 3 to 5 years.
  • Removed compensation from the MLS, as well as introduced tools to remind and prevent subscribers from inadvertantly adding compensation to their listings.
  • Added Production Report for all managing brokers and office managers.

Property Explorer Expansions

  • Added List Date and Off Market Date to Popular Search in Property Explorer.
  • Added date range selections like 3-months, 6-months, 1-year and 2-year to List Date and Off Market Date Ranges.
  • Made menu options more obvious for easier navigation.
  • Added saveable grid configurations.
  • Added keyboard shortcuts.
  • Added full featured map to the full listing detail.
  • Added the ability to export directly to a CSV.
  • Upgraded Features Search.
  • Upgraded Subdivision Search.
  • Ability to send listing link for properties.
  • Added a search history within Property Explorer.
  • Added the ability to have multiple tabs/searches running simultaneously.
  • Ability to scroll through photos in Card View.
  • New Hotsheets in Property Explorer in beta testing now.
