IRES Acts: Public Records Import in Add/Edit

House Image

Last month, we shared updates we made to save subscribers time when creating new listings by automatically importing public record information. Good news, this new feature is live and ready to use! Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to the Add/Edit dropdown. Select the county then search for the property by address, owner last name or APN.
  2. Select the property you’re looking for to import the public records.
  3. You’ll then see a list off all of the fields from public records that you can elect to import to your listing. You can uncheck any box for a field you don’t want to import and you can modify the fields you want to import.
  4. Click “Import & Create Draft” and follow the rest of the Add/Edit process as normal.

This new feature was a result of subscriber feedback and should save you time when inputting new listings. We’re planning additional upgrades in the future to make the listing input process easier and less time consuming. Is there a specific change you’d like to see?
