- Property Explorer Updates: We continue to listen to feedback from our Early Adopters and subscribers on Property Explorer and, as a result, have added some new functionality:
- We launched a new feature that allows you to add city and zip code information to the new report in Property Explorer to make it easier to differentiate listings.
- We added the ability to collapse and expand the Info and Search Criteria sections in Property Explorer for Open House Search, Scheduled Search, Hotsheets Report and the new Inventory Report.
- We added the ability to create a circle map shape around an address to search for listings close to a specific address.
- New Virtual Tour Experience: Subscribers let us know that the process of adding a virtual tour to a listing was confusing and difficult. As a result, we simplified the process. Now, all you need to do to add a virtual tour to a draft listing is enter the tour URL and a caption. All the Virtual Tour Providers we work with now provide a URL, so you should be able to easily add that to the listing.
- Phone Number for Showings: You no longer need to enter ShowingTime’s phone number whenever they are selected as the contact for showings; this will now show up as the default number. You will still be able to modify the phone number to a local area code if desired.
