As you may have heard, Rayse, an all-in-one platform designed to improve transparency between real estate professionals and clients, is now available free-of-charge to IRES subscribers.
If you’re wondering if the tool is worth learning, we connected with Bryan Sanburg, Owner/Realtor at NextHome Rocky Mountain, to talk about how he’s using Rayse and the value it’s brought to his business.
How are you currently using Rayse?
We’re not only using it to show our active Buyers and Sellers our value, but also during listing and buyer presentations to truly articulate what we do and the amount of time we spend per transaction. We used to shield our clients from everything we did behind the scenes, now we show them to prove our value.
What differences or improvement have you noticed since adopting Rayse?
With recent changes in our industry, we have found that it helps to justify and put both sellers’ and buyers’ minds at ease when discussing compensation.
It’s also a more efficient way of showing our value proposition, both digitally and with hard copies. Tracking mileage, expenses, emails, texts and phone calls is also way more efficient.
What measurable impact has there been on your business since you’ve started to use Rayse?
We are winning more listings and buyers because we are able to not just tell people what we do but to show them; it keeps the client informed and engaged. The unknown steps and questions during the home buying process are answered when they can follow along in the app.
Would you recommend Rayse to other brokers or agents?
Yes! It gives a competitive advantage over non-Rayse users. When you can show a client the amount of time, miles driven, and work done on their transaction, you are able to actually show them what you are doing as opposed to just telling them what you are doing.
What would you tell agents who are hesitant about trying Rayse?
Rayse is a no brainer, especially in this ever-changing industry. You could be competing for a listing or a buyer against a Rayse user and you could be losing out because they have a competitive advantage with Rayse. We as agents and brokers need to be better about showing and talking about our value. This has been proven with all of the lawsuits this industry has seen over the past several years.
Anything else you’d like to add about your experience with Rayse?
You can tell clients all day long what you will do for them, what you have done for them and what you can do for them. Rayse shows current clients, with solid proof, what you did for past clients and what you are doing for them, your current client, now. From the first meeting through closing. I’d encourage you to give it a try!
