Jeff’s Corner: Year in Review and What’s Ahead in 2026

As we wrap up the year, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on a few key highlights from the year and share what’s ahead in 2026. I’m incredibly proud of the work we’ve accomplished together in 2025. Despite navigating a turbulent market and continued industry shifts, our subscribers, staff and partners remain focused, resilient and committed to progress.  

Improved Tools & Resources  

2025 was a big year for the product team at IRES! We continued enhancing Property Explorer, including upgraded search functionality and a smoother, more intuitive user experience. Our product team also continued to strengthen long-standing subscriber favorites like CubiCasa (floorplans), Cloud CMA (Comparative Market Analysis Reports) and InfoSparks (market stats), ensuring these tools align with your day-to-day needs.  

Many of these changes were a direct result of your feedback; we appreciate everyone who takes the time to share their feedback, as it helps us provide a better experience for all subscribers. As always, we invite you to keep the ideas coming by reaching out to feedback@ires.com

We also launched a couple of new tools including Rayse, an all-in-one platform designed to improve transparency between real estate professionals and clients. We encourage you to check out Rayse and any other tools you might not be familiar with – we provide them to help you solve problems and make your job easier! Education and Growth  

Over the past year, hundreds of subscribers participated in our continuing education courses to learn new skills, brush up on old ones and expertly adopt new tools to help you better serve your clients and strengthen your business. Beyond our regular class lineup, we teamed up with New Mexico MLS, Prime MLS, Hive MLS and CREN to bring you virtual courses on AI to help you learn how to leverage emerging technology in your business.

Improved Communication  

One of our goals for 2025 was to strengthen how—and how often—we communicate with subscribers. This year, we committed to a regular monthly newsletter, increased the frequency of timely email updates and became more active across social media channels. What’s Coming in 2026?  

Looking ahead, I’m excited to meet with our new Board of Managers to continue our strategic planning process and strategize what changes we can make to best serve our subscribers. I’m also looking forward to opportunities to engage with you—whether through classes, events, or conversations—to better understand what you need to thrive in the year ahead. 

And lastly, the IRES team has been hard at work on a project that’s been months in the making: a refreshed IRES brand. We can’t wait to unveil our new look in 2026.
