You may have noticed that things look a little different around here. To mark the company’s 30th anniversary, I’m excited to share that IRES has officially launched a new visual identity. You’ll see a refreshed logo, updated color palette, new typography and cohesive imagery across all IRES platforms.
For three decades, we’ve faithfully supported Northern Colorado’s real estate community by staying focused on what matters most: delivering innovative technology, continuously improving our tools and products, and providing responsive, human-first customer service. We’ve also evolved drastically over the past 30 years. It was time for our brand to better reflect who IRES is today and where we’re headed tomorrow.
Our new look is more modern, tech forward and strategic while still retaining the core of who we are: a friendly, trusted organization committed to serving real estate professionals in Colorado.
A tremendous amount of thought and care went into this redesign. Here’s a glimpse into what shaped each element:
- Color Palette: We wanted to maintain the nod to Colorado that our previous color scheme had, but without being too literal. We chose colors that can be found in Colorado’s natural landscapes — our 300 days of sunshine, the sandstone of Red Rocks, our evergreen forests – and that are more subtle and sophisticated.
- Logo: We explored more than 30 concepts and prioritized maintaining the look and feel of Colorado while including elements of real estate you often see in the industry like houses, windows, etc.
- Typography: Our new font is modern, highly legible and accessible, ensuring clarity across digital and print platforms while elevating the overall brand.
- Visual Imagery: You’ll see more modern and cohesive images used throughout IRES platforms.
While our look has evolved, our foundation remains strong. We are committed to equipping you with the tools, insights and support you need to succeed — today and for the next 30 years.
