All downloads are now available via The MlS Grid’s Web API which provides the data in certified RESO Data Dictionary standards. Benefits include:

Downloads were previously available via RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) however we no longer offer this option. RETS facilitates and standardizes data transfer between partners in the real estate industry.

Broker Back Office Integrates IRES MLS data with your Broker Service Products. These types of feeds are not available for public use and they require a login that is not accessible by the public, including your clients.

Third Party Access

Opt Out Broker/owners who choose not to participate in IDX are required to submit the IDX Opt-Out Agreement to IRES.
