Staff Highlight: Juliet

We believe the backbone of our service is the people behind the scenes. Educators, Software Developers, and Customer Support are just a few of the teams working to make Northern Colorado real estate more efficient and cooperative at IRES. We will be highlighting some of these exceptional individuals in the coming months. We hope to continue to build stronger relationships with our Subscribers through greater transparency and a human touch.

Hello Juliet! Would you tell us a little about your role at IRES?

I teach classes, process office transfers, set up Trial and Contracts-only accounts, lots of direct customer support, set up staff education sessions, work one-on-one with new staff as part of the onboarding process.

What led you to work with IRES?

After being a stay-at-home mom for a few years, I got back into the workforce and was fortunate enough to find an available position with IRES.

What is your favorite part of your role?

Helping our customers learn and become comfortable with the IRES system, so that they are able to best serve their clients.

Tell me something about you that most people wouldn’t expect?

I am a grandma to three beautiful boys!

Do you have any favorite hobbies or pastimes?

Favorite pastime is spending quality time with those boys.

What is your favorite food?

It’s always too difficult to pick just one. In no particular order—Japanese, Greek and Italian.

Tell us the best part about living in Northern Colorado:

We have the four seasons, but not extreme Summers or Winters.  I missed the seasons when I lived in Hawaii for nine years.

What small thing do you do to try to make the world a better place?

I like to make eye contact, smile and say “hello” to anyone I pass.  It’s a quick, easy gesture that goes a long way, in my book.  I hope it makes someone’s day better.
