We’re committed to listening to your input and making changes accordingly, to make your job easier. We have a few exciting updates that launched earlier this month:
- New Inventory Report: The new Inventory Report in Property Explorer is now available. The report has the same functionality as the legacy report, but with an updated and cohesive interface. The new report also allows subscribers to access inventory and production levels of any IRES subscriber. This information has also been available for some time and is a popular feature in apps like HomeSnap and Matrix. This information has been available to brokers with back-office feeds and is common information for modern MLSs to provide. This expanded functionality simply ensures all subscribers have access to the same information.
- Transitions to Property Explorer: We have a few updates as we continue to transition tools to Property Explorer.
- MySite is now accessible through Property Explorer and is no longer available in the legacy listing search.
- Hotsheets is now integrated with Property Explorer. You can now open individual listing activities in either the card or the list view in Property Explorer, depending on your preferences. If you want to see all activities together, there will be an added option to “See All Activity” in one report, rather than jumping back and forth between different listing activities on the start screen.
- Easier to Manage Searches: From early adopter feedback, subscribers wanted to be able to manage their Hotsheets, Scheduled Searches, Open House Searches, and the new Inventory Report directly from their specific interfaces in Property Explorer. We made updates so it’s now easier to manage those searches and reports.
