As part of routine system maintenance, IRES will be removing older form data from the Contracts system in the coming weeks.
This update will not impact contracts created within the past 10 years, and no action is needed at this time.
Please note that the data being removed consists of forms that were created in the system. These are not completed, signed or binding contracts.
As a reminder, executed contracts should be maintained outside of the IRES MLS system for your records and audit requirements. You do not need to download forms in advance of this routine maintenance.
