Former IRES team member returns to strengthen operations and enhance service for Northern Colorado’s real estate community.
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Nov. 5, 2026) — IRES MLS, the multiple listing service for real estate professionals in Northern Colorado and parts of the Front Range, announced today that Samantha Ewing has rejoined the organization as director of operations. In this role, Ewing will help advance operations across the organization and strengthen internal processes and collaboration in support of IRES’ ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality tools, services and value to its customers.

Ewing brings more than 20 years of experience in multiple listing service operations, real estate technology and user experience, paired with a strong understanding of the needs of brokers and other real estate professionals. She previously spent 13 years at IRES, from 2005 to 2018, serving as a projects manager and quality assurance tester. During that time, she developed a deep understanding of IRES’ systems, processes and commitment to the Northern Colorado real estate community.
Ewing has worked at the intersection of real estate and technology throughout her career, helping organizations improve processes, support product development and enhance the user experience. At IRES, she will draw on this experience to connect directly with IRES customers, better understand their needs and help strengthen internal operations and collaboration in support of Northern Colorado brokers,
appraisers and other real estate professionals as the industry evolves.
